Best service ever! We needed propane for a new restaurant. When we called Christina took care of us right away. We had a tank by that afternoon so the new restaurant could open the next day.
Always a great Team to work with! Sam Sanchez is on top of everything from start to finish and following up to make sure everything is great! Thanks again to Sam. Always on top of things!
We broke a gas line during a dig, and Arrowhead arrived asap Monday morning to fix it. The staff person Sam was personable efficient and smart, answering all our questions. Also kindhearted! -(the break was a rookie mistake) Thanks much!
I was without propane for my hot water heater all weekend. After the delivery I needed a tech to make sure my tank wasn’t leaking. The receptionist wasn’t sure a tech could come today, but when she gave my info to Sam Sanchez he noticed that he was only a few streets away from my house and he came by and check the tank out and lit my water heater! Thank goodness because I have a ton of dirty dishes for the dishwasher and a pile of clothes for the washer. I really appreciate that he came earlier today! He was very courteous!!... read more
My family has used Arrowhead for years. Sam helped us setup our new home for propane and the last time we thought we had a leak, he was very friendly and helpful. We did receive a $159.75 bill from the office for something that we weren't supposed to, and as soon as that is resolved I would love to change this review to 5 stars.
