I wish I could give this place less than one star. It is awful! The staff are mean and angry especially a troubled woman called Victoria who is extremely rude and condescending and I am a patient, easy going and flexible person- and always greet and talk to any service staff with a smile. But I would never let anyone speak to me or to anyone else next to me she decided to be abusive to - never mind someone whose business is paying her salary. Came in as a walk in, with this I knew I’d be waiting awhile. I was informed on how many people were ahead of me not including scheduled appointments so I had an idea of what to expect (long wait time). It took about 2 hours to be seen. Every encounter with staff was respectful and professional. The doctor was great! Overall great experience just long wait time but that is to be expected as a walk in mid day. the worst, the worst, they never ever pick up the phone. Someone from a different department has to personally transfer me to speak with someone. Once I get to speak with someone they are rude and short. The worst, they need to be investigated or something. Not a good clinic at all.
Only problems, I haven’t been to the dentist in so long because well I went to school there was Covid now when they’re finally open after Covid after waiting so long for them they won’t accept me because I’m considered a new patient. Both my wife, and my roommate go to the same doctor at this clinic, and that doctor is great, and literally the only reason we have stayed. The only bad thing about the doctor is that she is at this clinic. Our complaints are the same as many have noted here regarding the impossibility to communicate with them by phone. Basically everything is difficult until you get into the room with the doctor.
