JD with Artesian came out and installed our new water cooler today. He was efficient, professional, and knowledgeable of his product. He gladly did a demonstration of all the functions and explained future maintenance. What a great young man, great attitude, and a great future in what he does. Don’t lose him Artesian!

Jimmy/Pete/Ash/Steven best team ever. They are super positive all while answering every question imaginable. They made it so easy to transition from the previous vendor. The water and ice look and taste so refreshingly clean!!!
I don't usually leave negative reviews unless there's just cause to do so. Artesian Water quality and convenience is top notch. But if I could give 0 stars for their field work and customer service, I certainly would. On a recent service call, we didn't wish to change filters on our 3 machines because they're advertised on the contract as "purchase as needed". The tech assured us not to worry, he'd get those charges waived. So who could turn down this offer, right? Big mistake because guess what, they charged us nearly $500... read more
