The head technician who came out, Casey, was awesome and came in a very timely manner. The work was done fast and Casey was very professional. Highly recommend using this company.
We absolutely love our water filtration system! While we've experienced quite a few leaks, the quality of the system itself is good. What truly keeps us with this company, though, is Casey, the head technician. His responsiveness is impressive, and he consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything is right. First and foremost I want to brag on our installation techs; Casey and Tom they were very professional and knowledgeable in their touchless water filtration system. Not only that but they were very quick and efficient. We are a Trucking company, but we also have a diesel repair shop; everyone knows that grease and mechanics go hand in hand. Not anymore! Alas the TOUCHLESS water and ice machine. Thanks Artesian for keeping us hydrated and grease free; us office girls really appreciate you!
