I gave it four stars for one reason: Danika and Jose. The first seven months I was here, the management was horrible. The last few months, since Danika started have been better. Between Danika and Jose, all of my needs have been met, and any maintenance requests have been promptly responded to. I appreciate Danika and Jose so much! If she was here since I moved in in the fall of 24 I would’ve given five stars.
I wanted to say the Jose out maintenance engineer is awesome! Above and beyond is a understatement.
Can’t thank Brittnee (leasing manager) more for her great assistance and professionalism! Without her help and effort I wouldn’t make it to West coast so smooth. She has been always very responsive and helpful each time I reached out to her with questions. She is the best! I highly recommend Del Coronado!
We lived at the Del Coronado for a few months. The price was right. The manager allowed us to bring our dog, but left soon after we arrived. Under the new manager, we had to leave because of the dog. It's not an aweful place. But it attracted some "low end" tenants. I remember the front door being propped open with a used tea bag for example.
