I overlooked texts, and emails and reached out to Tomas, thankfully he stopped on by and showed me how to properly use the app for the front/back doors, helped me access my keys, and even walked me to my apartment to make sure my keys worked properly. 10 out of 10 much needed help & great experience ⭐️ Thanks Tomas !!
The property manager and team at arthaus have been very conscientious and considerate. Also helpful in meeting all my needs. I am enjoying my stay here so far.
Wifi not working and when it does its very slow and charging us $38 a month is ridiculous
I have set up more than 3 times for a tour but all are rejected, wasting time.
