Only been here a couple months but so far it's been an incredible experience! The property manager Lindzi has been profusely helpful every step of the way. The complex is very well maintained and my unit is gorgeous! The In Unit Washer/Dryer and Heat Pumps are still blowing me away. It's hard to believe I'm renting in the bay area with this many amenities. It's worth mentioning that yes, you can occasionally hear your upstairs neighbors because this is a four story apartment building. If that's going to be an issue good luck... read more

The sound proofing here is really terrible. I have to sit here, as I am right now, listening to my neighbors upstairs, at 11pm, stomp around their apartment. The appliances and amenities are nice, but are pointless if people are partiers and you can't get any sleep. Complained at least three times to ask management to speak to them, to no avail. ...... I don't live here, my boyfriend does. Overall, the apartment is new-modern and nice looking. Management's communication is poor especially when it comes to an issue fix response. Throughout Nov and Dec 2022, there were 7 days of no Hot water. They fixed the boiler, and the water leaked into the apartment room. It took the management 3 days to address the issue and to cut the water circuit for kitchen sink and the dish washer. It has now been 3 days without kitchen water. I love living here! The building is clean and safe, the units are modern with the layouts well thought out. It also has a great community, the other tenants that live in the building are great. Move in process was super stress-free and communication with management has been great, even after move in. Definitely recommend.

From my first call VERONICA helped me make miracles happen to get moved here from out of state! She has gone above and beyond ever since. I have a PERFECT West facing apartment on the top floor to see great sunsets! Plus an extra storage room I needed so much! The building is new, gym, rooftop, everything kept clean! PERFECT. And Dominick made sure I had a smooth transfer and accounting adjustment. IDEAL if you work from home!
