I loved the location. It's conveniently close to Jack London Square, with easy access to historic spots, great shops, restaurants, and a fun nightlife. The apartment itself had a beautiful layout, and I really enjoyed my stay here. Highly recommend.

Really impressed with ArtHaus. The property is clean, well cared for, and you can tell a lot of thought goes into how things are run. Not a big fan of AI answering call tho!

I moved into Arthaus when they first opened and had a decent experience. Since then over the past year I have experienced issues with the wifi, the private parking, maintenance issues, and noise issues. I came to write this review today due to my most recent experience with a terrible leak in my ceiling that they have done almost nothing to fix. I'm sharing my experience with Arthaus properties, which I believe is representative of most of their locations. One of the first things I noticed was the leasing office, which is often empty. The "We'll be right back" sign has been up for months, but no one has ever returned. The walls between units are extremely thin, making it impossible to have any real privacy.
