My experience living here has been amazing. The unit is always very clean. Any questions or concerns I may have always get answered in an efficient matter. Tomás Ortega (property manager) is great ! He is very consistent and very easy to speak with. Jay Dava (resident manager) who I should also mention has been nothing but kind and always responding to any questions I may have. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Great 10/10 experience.
I lived in this unit/studio for a year, and everything was fine until it was time to move out. When I requested my security deposit back, I was unexpectedly charged a $355 cleaning fee—even though the lease clearly stated a one-time cleaning fee of $100. I’ve been trying to get the overcharge refunded, but they’ve only given me excuses. Please be cautious and review your lease carefully if you decide to rent here.
An employee at ArtHaus named Tomas went above and beyond to ensure my new residence were in order and ready to go.
I moved in back in August of 2023 and so far i love it! Neighbors are really quiet and everything is always clean. I would definitely recommend living here!
