I’ve lived here for over 3 years, have always paid rent early and on time and I’ve never seen management this badly. I’m waiting for weeks for just a tv replacement and when the fire department had to come over to shut the alarm off, no one was around to help. No property manager or any human who has a phone picks up.
I love the co-living style. Free shared laundry, community kitchens, bike storage, package concierge, secure entry, and optional gym access.
So far i've been helped by Tomás Ortega and he has been pretty helpful and responsive to any issues ive had. Which has been a pretty positive start.
Lived here for a year and a half. It’s basically like living in a dorm room. It has a shared kitchen downstairs and just a portable stove/kitchenette in your apartment. I’ve had my car broken into twice. Packages are constantly getting stolen in the mail room. This place is good if you just need a place to sleep and don’t cook. FYI you do not get your full deposit back no matter how clean you leave it’s They will automatically take out the money out to cover cleaning and painting fee so you basically only get around $150-200... read more
Management and maintenance are responsive and the move out process was straightforward and fair.
