UPDATE: My four roommates and I haven't had hot water for three months. The only way to contact the property manager is to repeatedly message an AI bot, but that hasn't exactly led to things moving faster. The biggest challenge of living here was figuring out who to contact in case of issue. I got a phone number which goes to an AI voice assistant which was not very helpful. I’ve lived here for over 3 years, have always paid rent early and on time and I’ve never seen management this badly. I’m waiting for weeks for just a tv replacement and when the fire department had to come over to shut the alarm off, no one was around to help. No property manager or any human who has a phone picks up.
Lived here for a year and a half. It’s basically like living in a dorm room. It has a shared kitchen downstairs and just a portable stove/kitchenette in your apartment. I’ve had my car broken into twice. Packages are constantly getting stolen in the mail room. This place is good if you just need a place to sleep and don’t cook. So far i've been helped by Tomás Ortega and he has been pretty helpful and responsive to any issues ive had. Which has been a pretty positive start.
I love the co-living style. Free shared laundry, community kitchens, bike storage, package concierge, secure entry, and optional gym access.
