This apartment has the worst management team I have ever experienced. There has been no hot water for two days, and nobody has responded to the maintenance tickets. The Wi-Fi is terrible — you can’t even have a stable video call between 9 p.m. and 12 a.m. The neighbors often throw loud parties on Mondays from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m., and management never addresses the issue. Love this place! The townhome experience allows for a more intimate/accountable common area. In house laundry always a plus. My unit is the perfect size and look for myself as a student. Hope to live here a long while!

Nice and clean place. Comes furnish which is a great add on for my lifestyle of traveling. Great staff. Property manager Tomas is excellent, professional and always available to assist.

I had a pleasant 3 month stay at Artthaus Six. The staff was friendly and helpful, the buildings are well maintained, and the move-in process was smooth. My unit was already comfortably furnished, which was very convenient. I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

I wanted to share that I am really happy with the environment and the living space at Artthaus Six. Lindzi, has been great support and help in the moving process. She always seems to goes above and beyond to accommodate the needs of the tenants. Her personality, professionalism, and commitment to the tenants needs is what makes the experience even better.
