Love this place! The townhome experience allows for a more intimate/accountable common area. In house laundry always a plus. My unit is the perfect size and look for myself as a student. Hope to live here a long while!
Nice and clean place. Comes furnish which is a great add on for my lifestyle of traveling. Great staff. Property manager Tomas is excellent, professional and always available to assist.
I had a pleasant 3 month stay at Artthaus Six. The staff was friendly and helpful, the buildings are well maintained, and the move-in process was smooth. My unit was already comfortably furnished, which was very convenient. I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

She always seems to goes above and beyond to accommodate the needs of the tenants. Her personality, professionalism, and commitment to the tenants needs is what makes the experience even better.
