The property management is awful and they do not take care of their buildings/tenants at all. The Oakland properties have been on a drastic decline. We didn’t think it could get any worse but then came along Maria Javier and Moises Espinosa. Save yourself time/headaches and just avoid anything related to 2b Living or Arthaus, it’s a scam.
