It'd be nice to have rent/utilities payment, maintenance requests all in one easy to find app (like the prior management company had). ArtHaus took over management back in September (?), and I still don't know where to submit a maintenance request other than through an email. I've gotten an email from a YES Energy for utilities but no "official" notification from ArtHaus that this outfit was handling billing OR instructions on setting up an online account with this company. Oliver and Willie welcomed me and my client so warmly. It was amazing, and they handled my booking perfectly. I also appreciated their flexibility. In addicting to this, the place is gorgeous and is giving great creative vibes!! I’ll recommend this place, 100%. I’ll come back.
I’m a bit biased as the gym my husband and I own is located in this building (The Resilient Strength) but we love it here! The front desk staff are amazing, it’s kept clean, and we can’t recommend it enough 💕 glad we’ll be here for years to come
Artthaus has been an awesome building to get our startup off the ground. The large suites are perfect for our team and the loading dock is convenient to bring in inventory. The building helps to reinforce that our company is creative and innovative, with its artsy styling. We're grateful to the building staff, especially Bora and Maria.
The Resilient Strength gym has not only the best coaches, but the best community for ALL people. The Arthaus building is clean and beautiful. Many great communities with relaxing work spaces. Vending machines with everything you need. Also some of the cleanest restrooms I've come across in a public space.
