Problems with Product/Service Dispute over billed and new bill for services rendered. My insurance company's EOB has supported the financial errors. First of all, I have called and left messages 3 times to resolve this issue. October 14,19 and 26. All messages stated that a call back would occur in 24 to 48 business hours. No call backs were ever received . I also called a local answering service on October 19 and spoke to a person who said he would forward my call and that I would receive a call back. Problems with Product/Service I am due a refund, and keep getting the run around about it. It is a fairly large refund too. They were paid by me and my insurance! I went here to get injections for knee pain, I was told that they wouldn't file my insurance and it would be $300.00 each visit and five visits total. I paid when services were rendered $300.00 each time for a total of $1,500.00, then I started getting the EOB's from my insurance where they did file and ********** did pay. Billing/Collection Issues I believe osteo relief over charged me approximately $300. After numerous attempts at getting them to settle the issue I give up and need help. I was first evaluated at osteo relief in August of 2016. they gave me a treatment plan and told me my payments would be $130 per visit because I had not yet met my deductible.
