With this place you have no recourse. The shots are not lasting and I called the office and was told that nothing could be done until the end of October 2024. I asked if they could relay a message to the doctor and was told no. I was in severe pain and was told nothing could be done. I asked for a medical release form and was told it would be mailed to me. The sweetest, professional,compassionate, staff and nurse practitioner. They have really helped my bilateral shoulder pain.
After 3 years of injections( every 6 months) . Not being able to talk nor ask doctor questions about my concerns. Referring me to the nurse practioner instead. There were 3 different practictioners ln the past 3 years. All not very knowledgeable about the injections. Felt like a cog on a wheel. Lee Trevino commercial turns my stomach baby. Sure they help some people but was tired of just being a number in the system.
Lee Traveno says they got me back in the game again baby. Then why in the hell is he still wearing a knee brace after the injections 😂🤣😂🤣😂
I was told by several Doctors that I must have knee replacement surgery! Went to the Arthritis Knee Pain Center and it was the best thing I’ve ever done! Could hardly walk even with a cane. I got a thorough work up and ex ray followed by a first injection of a steroid! Within an hour I couldn’t believe how much better I feel! Steps are now much easier! Get my first injection on May 30th! Can’t wait! Thanks so much!
