With this place you have no recourse. The shots are not lasting and I called the office and was told that nothing could be done until the end of October 2024. I asked if they could relay a message to the doctor and was told no. I was in severe pain and was told nothing could be done. I asked for a medical release form and was told it would be mailed to me. After 3 years of injections( every 6 months) . Not being able to talk nor ask doctor questions about my concerns. Referring me to the nurse practioner instead. There were 3 different practictioners ln the past 3 years. All not very knowledgeable about the injections. Felt like a cog on a wheel. Lee Trevino commercial turns my stomach baby. Sure they help some people but was tired of just being a number in the system.
I drive into Louisville every Monday from Brandenburg to take my father to get shots in his knees. We have been very pleased with the results that he has gotten from the knee injections and the warm professional treatment of the staff. I am 3 sessions into my treatments and each time within a couple of days following the treatment my knee starts to feel better. I noticed walking is already easier. I can’t wait to see the complete results from all the treatments. Everyone is good to work with at the Arthritis and Knee Pain Center of Louisville. They all seem to be honestly concerned about you as a patient. Highly Recommend that you try their services and treatments prior to having Knee Replacement Surgery.
Customer service is terrible at this office! I Waited over 45 minutes for my first appointment. After the visit they said they had to get pre-authoritization for my injection (which I understand). They said it would take 2 weeks. They called the day of my first injection appt and said they never heard from my insurance. I called my insurance and they said they never received anything from the office.
