I am disappointed in your office staff. When I arrived at your new office in Sun City your staff member asked for my ID and insurance card. I filled out all the paperwork and met with the Doctor. My knee was examined, and x-rays taken. I was never informed that your company did not accept Humana Medicare till the very end when I was given the estimate of over $600.00 for the shots. I cannot understand why your staff did not inform me that you did not accept my insurance when I first arrived, this would have saved my time and... read more

The staff members of AKP are wonderful! They are warm and welcoming. Relief for my knees will take time, but I am confident that their system works. I would truly recommend them.
