I am disappointed in your office staff. When I arrived at your new office in Sun City your staff member asked for my ID and insurance card. I filled out all the paperwork and met with the Doctor. My knee was examined, and x-rays taken. I was never informed that your company did not accept Humana Medicare till the very end when I was given the estimate of over $600.00 for the shots.
