Dr Gran was respectful and willing to listen. The plan of care was presented in a clear and caring way. I felt the plan was explained in a satisfactory manor. Staff were kind and considerate.
Arrogant and insensitive in his delivery. Definitely do not recommend him.
Dr. Gran made me wait over 3 weeks to "review my chart/records" only to then have his staff call to tell me that due to my previous negative test results, there was nothing he could do for me. I was referred to him by my Primary Doctor and had explained to the office manager previously that I was referred to Dr. Gran because of my ongoing issue for x4 months that had not resolved and my Primary Doctor did not have the ability/specialized training to treat me at that point and was requiring a Specialist. I didn't feel he listened or understood what was going on with me. No answers or recommendations. I was told nothing was wrong with me. Staff was very nice and professional.
Saw him twice. The first time he seemed a bit flippant and condescending. I gave him another chance and he was very condescending. I left there in tears and frustrated with his lack of concern His office staff were very kind and concerned. But they can’t make up for Dr Grans lack of compassion.
