Overall, we're very happy. Only areas of concern are, elevator floor always dirty, even after a "quick" vacuum; visitor spaces always taken by same ~ 4-5 cars overnight, loud music in the evening (Fri-Sat) on third floor, and smoking in the parking lot.

Easy to navigate the site . Selected rental and applied. Was approved the next day . Kim assisted me in completing lease paperwork . She was very helpful and kind . So far a very pleasant experience with Arthur Thomas .
