Arthur Thomas is kind compassionate and professional. It’s also the people behind the scenes. I just today messaged them about a heating problem. Dennis the maintenance man arrived in a timely manner. Not only did he fix the wire, but he installed a new thermostat. It’s wonderful to feel heat again. He left then called me to triple check that my heat was working! I couldn’t believe it. But honestly that’s the kind of service you get from him, every time! He goes above and beyond. Overall, we're very happy. Only areas of concern are, elevator floor always dirty, even after a "quick" vacuum; visitor spaces always taken by same ~ 4-5 cars overnight, loud music in the evening (Fri-Sat) on third floor, and smoking in the parking lot.
