Cody and company just finished replacing our old gas furnace with a heat pump system. Great experience hiring Artisan Air to fix my AC issue. Ed, the technician, was courteous and thorough in his checks, and got the broken compressor fixed very quickly and worked with the manufacturer to get the replacement part covered under warranty. Highly recommended!
I've been using this company for a few years to do yearly tune-ups on our furnace. The owner has helped me do some troubleshooting on my own without charging me a dime. They are honest, courteous and fast. Highly recommend to anyone in the East Bay.
Today was just my annual HVAC maintenance but I have used Artisan Air since Levine went out of business. This company, from owner Cody, to service tech Ed, is top notch! I previously had them remove and install all my duct work including moving one of the air intakes from next to the kitchen to the dining room and what a difference that makes! They also discovered several “issues” from when the system was initially installed and fixed them immediately.
We contacted Artisan Air for A/C system installation on top of our existing Furnace and duct due to their 5-star yelp review. We were able to get inspection / estimation scheduled right away, and we received the most thorough inspection and a very competitive quote amongst all the companies we contacted, so we ordered them to do the job.
