Will W. Artisan Building and Remodeling was a pleasure to do business with. Brandon was professional but yet personal. His staff followed his lead. The work on our roof was completed in the time given to us. Our roof looks wonderful.
Brandon and his crew were punctual, offered fair prices, and had great craftsmanship. They repaired basement foundation leaks and repaired part of my roof. I would highly recommend them and I will be sure to use them again.
Brandon is a hard working business owner, handles every job with care and integrity, as well as plenty of know-how to get the job done. Always on time too which is really hard to find these days. Brandon was very professional in working at our home. He figured out a price, went and got the supplies needed, said it would take almost a full day, which it did, and the price was exactly what he quoted us it would be. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, he completed the job with a personal guarantee and stated to call him if any issues arose and he would return. There aren't enough words to use to describe the poor salesmanship follow-through during the initial process, asking for all the money upfront before they would schedule the job, and then failed to meet with the inspectors and completing conversations with the insurance company. The owner then had the audacity to threaten me With legal action for not giving him money after I used someone else who was more reasonable and understood that no job should require all the insurance money upfront before starting a job.
