company does inferior work, is rude now that they have collected their money. They do not return calls or show up for appointments. New gutters installed incorrectly. I was told the whole porch roof has to be redone by another roofing company I called to fix the problem of leaking gutters. At the time I started calling artisan building the roof and gutters were less than year old

Our experience with Artisan went south very quickly. A representative contacted me after I filled out the online request form and Michael came to assess my roof later that week. The consult was just under 2 hours long and included a presentation with unnecessary information and him taking 90 photos of my property but none of the damage our roof had sustained, which I pointed out to him multiple times. I hired Artisan for roofing, siding and gutter replacement on August 4th, with a target install date in Sep. Issues amounting in ~$4000 in uncompensated damages: There was over ~$1500 in uncompensated property damage (damaged landscaping, scratched glass on storm door, dents in Weber grill, destroyed raised bed, cut door mat). I attach a letter I wrote to the CEO, registered Jan 05,2022. No response to this day. Based on my experience with this company, I feel they are taking advantage of homeowners by misdiagnosing issues to make a profit. I am not satisfied with the practices of Artisan Building & Remodeling. They attempted to repair a chimney/attic leak at my residence. They failed to send out a qualified mason or chimney expert upon initial inspection of my chimney. Because of their inexperience with chimney repair, they failed to correctly diagnose the problem.
