Artisan were very responsive. They connected back quickly, send a person to measure, ordered the wood floor and send an amazing installer, Mike, whom i wish was the installer for my 4000 sqr feet main home wood floors. I could not be happier with the process from beginning to end and with the end result. They cleaned after themselves and the picture attached was a moment in time. Getting baseboards installed today :)

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We’ve had the pleasure of delivering materials for Artisan Wood Floors to their customers, and it’s clear they care about quality and service. Their team is always organized, easy to communicate with, and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is ready for a smooth delivery. It’s rare to work with a company that values both their customers and their partners the way Artisan does. We’re proud to support a business that sets the bar high!

Victor sanded, stained, and finished our floor. He did a fantastic job and addressed all of our concerns expeditiously. We were delighted with the end product and the quality of th... read more

But square edge … This Victor refuses to replace it with what I ordered … Unless I pay for it !!… I have to pay and install a stair runner so we at least walk up and down the stairs without footwear Do t use these guys… they are NOT an honest biz. Tells u something when this guy is NOT even BBB accredited . Beware !!... read more
