From them knocking on my door and greeting me with a smile to an exceptional service. I would 100% recommend their services to anyone for pest control. Logan was such a knowledgeable representative. I appreciate the professionalism from the technicians and how they solved all my issues. Logan is a saving grace everyone should hear him out.

Buyer Beware: the Techs were Great, but the support staff. Horrible. I had multiple issues with simple directions not followed, every service for multiple months yielded issues: I cancelled 30 days ago, they then tried to schedule another service, then told me there was a service fee of 230$ to cancel. Don't waste your time with this company.

Josh T. did a great job, he was very professional, very thorough, took his time to make sure the quality of his work was precise. Great job Josh! I highly recommend Aruza - I've been through several pest companies and this one by far exceeds the other competition!

Just had initial service done and our tech Chloe was phenomenal I’ve been in the pest control industry and she was very thorough and diligent listened to our concerns explained procedures and chemicals to us definitely would recommend

I've been really impressed by how well they do the work and how they keep you updated about future appointments and make sure everything is going well after treatment. This is our second week, and we're loving the service. I am thankful they are branching out to the Jacksonville area.
