I regret working with Arvo Tech for filing ERTC credit. Started filing since 2023, now almost 2 years later the case is still pending. They don't follow up closely with the IRS, leaving the case pending and just keep sending me the invoice for their 20%, even though I don't receive any refund from the IRS. I should have looked for help from another company instead since the beginning!
Oh my gosh!! These people are the BEST!!! I have been waiting on ERTC money since Sept. 2022. ( yes..2022) The IRS could NOT get their act together. Carrie D. At Arvo Tech has called them at least 50 times ( I am not exaggerating) and she finally got me my money! Carrie was always reassuring and kept me in loop! I have never met her in person, but I feel like she is a close friend. 😊 I would recommend this company wholeheartedly!!
