Called A's Towing to transport a 1963 Impala that I had purchased. The car had been sitting for years and doesn't currently run and I needed a flat bed with a winch to get it home. A's Towing had a truck out to our location within 15-minutes! Mirwais, our driver, was super friendly and efficient and handled the vehicle with care. Once unloaded at our destination, Mirwais helped us maneuver and push the vehicle into our storage area. The price was very fair and I'm so glad I called them to help!
They helped us with excellent customer service and kindness and renewed my hope in humanity. They were thoughtful and efficient and helped turn a difficult experience into one I will happily share with others about how they showed up and saved our night!!! The car shut off going up the mountains to Santa Cruz, and our family of three car seat and all with a sleeping child in tow in the middle of the night got us home safely in the wee hours of the night.
I was traveling with a friend on Highway 17 and her car experienced a serious issue that forced us to pull onto the shoulder and call for assistance. Called AAA and Abdul from A’s towing arrived within 10 min. We were parked in a precarious spot and were anxious about getting hit and Abdul was the personification of calm, collected and kind. Everyone at A’s Towing has been so nice and very punctual. They have helped me with a tow from an accident to a tow to my house. Joey has been the best at helping me with all paperwork and appointments for body work at a shop! I recommend A’s Towing. 100% satisfied! Above and beyond!
I booked through AAA to have a car transported to a shop about 30 miles away for service. The driver did a good job of communicating and was courteous. Pickup was quick. I would use A’s Towing again.
