As a General Contractor, our experience with this company has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. At the begining of the project we provided a credit card authorization form for our orders, yet for reasons never explained, the card was not charged. I recently rented a dumpster from ASAP Marketplace; this was such a great experience for me. After not having good luck from my local waste disposal company in even having what I wanted, I found ASAP Marketplace and what an amazing difference. Unreliable and Unprofessional, you be the judge. Scheduled a dropbox from ASAP for a Friday and with a week of anticipation, scheduled for a Friday to take care of a weekend demolition, the dropbox didn't show up, called on that afternoon and no one answered the phone. Saturday came and the dropbox didn't show up again, finally get a hold of someone and they tell me "They forgot to put it in the schedule and they can't do anything until Monday" Now I have a back yard full of demolition debris. I call ASAP for septic pumping service. Jessica is a wizard at her job and found my off the grid location on google maps. The drivers who come are very good at what they do and respectful of my property. They do the jog right!
