I called to order a portable outhouse to be delivered to a construction site. My wife happened to call another company same time that was set to deliver next day without me knowing. I called back within a hour to cancel as they were not set to deliver for a couple weeks. Was told it was cancelled and would not be charged. Don't do business with this company. We are a vendor and supply porter potty for them, and they do not pay you . We have consistently reached out to them, and they do not respond. VENDORS beware
If there was a negative rating, ASAP Marketplace would get the deepest one. Since a rating of one is the lowest I can go to leave my comment that is my rating of them. Here's why: On October 25th of last year I wrote to them in response to them billing me and trying to collect on a terrible experience for a portable bathroom trailer for a charitable fundraiser at my property. I strongly advise against using this company due to their consistently poor customer service. They evade responsibility regarding equipment pickup and fail to adhere to their own stated terms of service. Furthermore, they attempted to charge an expedited fee for a pickup that was requested well in advance. I recommend seeking services elsewhere to avoid unnecessary frustration.
This place is an absolute scam. Charged me 350 dollars for a unit that was picked up and claimed they weren't aware of the pickup. Told me that they would refund the money it's been about a month now, and I've called 5-6 times and gotten the same answer repetitively: "The refund has been approved, we're waiting on the financial department to process it.". It's only 350 bucks, but I'm going to get my money one way or another, whether it's through them or legal action. I'll spend more money doing that, but it'll prove a point ... read more
This company is awful. Don’t trust them to do anything you request. They should change their name to: As Soon As We Feel Like It Marketplace. Got charged $150 for a rush order dumpster delivery only to find out the local dispatcher was notified 13 mins after the requested delivery time. Stay away from these people. The will make your life a nightmare ASAP! That’s for sure!
Scam me and charged my CC Twice and was not the actual company that delivered the Porter potty rental . Their phone number is another loop call that gets you no where. Be aware do not trust this company.
