As a General Contractor, our experience with this company has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. At the begining of the project we provided a credit card authorization form for our orders, yet for reasons never explained, the card was not charged. I recently rented a dumpster from ASAP Marketplace; this was such a great experience for me. After not having good luck from my local waste disposal company in even having what I wanted, I found ASAP Marketplace and what an amazing difference. ASSP deserves O stars! I have been trying since August to resolve fraudulent charges to our.bank account. We were quoted $595.00 for the rental of 10 yard dumpster and we were charged $871.70. I have called daily asking to speak with a supervisor, accounting and have been told they were unavailable. Unreliable and Unprofessional, you be the judge. Scheduled a dropbox from ASAP for a Friday and with a week of anticipation, scheduled for a Friday to take care of a weekend demolition, the dropbox didn't show up, called on that afternoon and no one answered the phone. Saturday came and the dropbox didn't show up again, finally get a hold of someone and they tell me "They forgot to put it in the schedule and they can't do anything until Monday" Now I have a back yard full of demolition debris. Delivery of my dumpster was a day late. No one was able to give me a delivery status during the day only giving a time range between 7am to 7pm. I made several calls and the representatives were very professional and polite. The following morning I recieved a call from Mike and he made things happen quickly and apologized for missing the delivery. I recieved my dumpster within two hours after that phone call.
