We live in Fort Worth and our home was built in 1928 and so begins the adventure in itself. The Elevette was installed in 1974 and we had no idea how much attention it had gotten since then as we purchased the home in 2015. Highly recommend Ascend Residential Lifts. Jay and Kevin did everything timely and always cleaned up. The elevator is an addition that will allow us to stay in our two story home well into retirements. What separates them from the competition is their ability to do everything: electric, steel platform build and install, woodwork, as well as expertise in the PVE elevator. Great job!!!

We have a great winding staircase with a split level floor plan upstairs and needed a chair lift to help my mother easily access both her suite and the upstairs family area. She loves the result and I loved the price. Jay and Christina communicated well, were easy to work with and provided a top notch experience. Alfred performed the work quickly and efficiently.
