I was having issues with my internet connection and it turns out all I needed to do was change the router because I had an old one. The rep that helped me was named Debrah. She was helpful in the process and explained how to go about getting the new white router. It was much appreciated! Thanks a bunch!!
Listen here. I have had fios for 9 years an I have NEVER gotten as much help over the phone as I have with these ladies. Reyna and estassia are amazing and stopped me on a humbug an ended up helping me tremendously!. I would like to keep calling on them for help rather than going thru the app or phone. Explained everything well an gave information that I wouldn’t have even known. They are amazing!.
