I had been experiencing severe pain in my ear and behind my ear, I typically am quite healthy and don't take medicines, or need a doctor. I checked with my insurance for providers who are in network and found this place. We showed up and were greeted by the desk assistant who made it very clear there objective is not the care, but the billing, which seems to be their most important concern.
