Care in this facility was decent but they weren't very accommodating with my FMLA paperwork I needed filled out by them so I could get paid for leaving work in California to help my dad in Tulsa after his stroke. First paperwork was filled out incorrectly and sent, then when I asked them to resend after doing it correctly they told me they couldn't guarantee that it would get done. She was right.

Unprofessional and extremely immature nursing staff. Care and nutrition are adequate. And yes, people in wheelchairs need help when leaving a rehab center. We were kicked out with no verbal instructions and I had to ask for help with getting my wife and her belongings with a used wheelchair to my car.
