I’m a regular at Asda Arnold and generally ok shopping there BUT it infuriates me when I go the the self checkout scan an item for it to be not at the correct price you then have to inform a member of staff who are usually hovered around the area chatting away amongst themselves to then be told sorry we can’t leave and the item is deleted because it’s not at the correct price. Rude and impolite security and staff! Bought a dress for my wife mistakenly and went back there to return it. Not only did they not accept the item, but also they accused us of fraud! They did not even listen to us and did not accept to check their CCTV! We are definitely going to make a complaint against them! Never come back there!
Really dont like coming here. Staff seem rude and very abrupt. Items you want seem dotted allover the place for example similar items usually in the same place...in here you have to go to other end of store. Even majoriry of people that shop in here are rude. Arnold is not the nice area it used to be. Its a now a absolute dive.
The standards of this store and some staff attitude are appalling. The toilets are vile and some staff when you ask a question, just come across of not caring one bit about helping. The amount of times the pricing is incorrect is a joke, and you only find out when you get to check out. Then the one time I did complain and spoke to the duty manger.
