I ordered today for the first time online. Within the hour slot I received a message that the driver was delayed. Fine, that can happen. Another hour later I track my order and the driver is 1 minute away. 2 minutes later the order was cancelled. “The driver couldn’t deliver the order” apparently. Yeah right. I was home, waiting. I will take my business elsewhere.
Good selection of food and offers, Trolleys are not the best! Often when I put the 1 pound in its never easy always end up doing it a few times for it to go in ! Friendly staff in there . If your in a rush with quiet a few bits don't go to the staff checkouts as they are very slow indeed
The self service staff are unhelpful and unfriendly. I get people have good and bad days but this lot must get out of the wrong side of the bed every day! I've always greeted them with a hello and a thank you, i have been shopping here for a long time, but thier distain for us customers has driven me out.
This store really is a joke. Misleading pricing and advertisements that you have no idea until you get to checkout. And dont get me on the waiting list for security clearance to buy a bag...........shopping time doubled if you want a bag.
Love this asda ! Just wish it was more lit up on the outside, and more accessible entrances. Last time I’ve been there only available entrance was through a dark alleyway. Some lights would’ve been nice !!! nice staff and selection
