Rude and impolite security and staff! Bought a dress for my wife mistakenly and went back there to return it. Not only did they not accept the item, but also they accused us of fraud! They did not even listen to us and did not accept to check their CCTV! We are definitely going to make a complaint against them! Never come back there!
The standards of this store and some staff attitude are appalling. The toilets are vile and some staff when you ask a question, just come across of not caring one bit about helping. The amount of times the pricing is incorrect is a joke, and you only find out when you get to check out. Then the one time I did complain and spoke to the duty manger. It doesn't surprise me that asda profits are down went in today 12-4-25 , the amount that asda are putting their prices up by is disgusting...asda you are nothing but rob dogs!! Lemon muffins £1-64 up 29p.....asda bran flakes with berries now £2.00 up 52p.....fruit loaf £1-34 up 25p , asda branflakes £1-52 up 57p also they don't take the old ticket off so it comes up as the new price but says the old price on the shelf ,and there's loads of stuff they should be selling off cheap because it's out of date but they won't and ... read more
Bought a dress mistakenly and when I went there to return, not only did they not accept it, but also they accused me and my husband of fraud! They did not even accept to check their CCTV! I am gonna make a complaint against them definitely. Rude and impolite security and staff.
Not a pleasant weekly shop. There were teenagers running around throwing footballs and shouting. The store feels unorganised and the layout is poor. Was so unimpressed with this store. Won’t be returning
