Very bad security he is so rude yesterday afternoon 10/06/2025 was there and for no reason he stopped me and searched me and then said sorry but he embarrassed me infront of all customers i will really never buy from asda barnes hill anymore and they have even a really bad manger he said nothing i can do they really dont care for customers
Unprofessional Security has scared my wife and my kids at 10/6/2025 at 6.11 pm he told my wife that she had taken something as (stolen) when he cheked the cameras he came he said that sorry its not you but in the end he scared her for nothing and the unprofessional manger AS WELL we asked him about complaint reference number he said that he cant do anything its the security job to do that so we WILL NEVER BUY from asda agian and all our family too really disappointed with asda it was a really horrible experience for us
