I need to understand one thing only why on earth doesn’t Asda have any halal meat or halal deli meats like I’m actually so confused every other Asda has it but for some reason Barnes hill Asda doesn’t ? What is going on? Somebody explain I don’t even want any excuses or lies this is pathetic not everybody eats British meat
I would love to be able to just go in to the cafe and order my food without any confrontation with the woman serving. Everytime i go in she is extremely rude. Its very uncomfortable. By the looks of these reviews i'm not the only one who thinks this. Yes i have also heard her talk down to the other colleagues in the cafe. You need to sort this, you will lose customers.
im not from this area but me and a family member popped in for a cafe inside and the head lady who served us was horrible VERY RUDE to everyone even to the old person in front! She Was rude to my neice who is pregnant. I have never put a complaint in before and I always give people the benefit of the doubt (we all live different lives some may be harder than others so I try my hardest not to judge people ) but this lady was rude and very disrespectful to the customers and even more so to the people that work there. Shop seems to get worse and worse! Shop always missing items, empty cardboard all on the shelves leaving it look messy, products not easy to reach or see on shelves, hard to find staff if you can’t find something, never enough tills open, cages and pallets always in the way on shop. Not good at all, looks considerably worse than all other supermarkets not sure if that’s what Asda is going for but it’s certainly the message they’re sending out. I’d be ashamed if I was in charge
Really happy to get fresh pizzas from the counter from Elco Real (Jay N) as he always gives us exactly what we need and with a smile! Perfect example of very friendly customer service.
