Last week on 2 occasions i witnessed a younger member of your staff approach and verbally attach another old member of staff. 1 of the incidents was upstairs in the clothing section. I wasn't the only person to witness and hear this. There were at least 5 other customers who witnessed this incident. This wasn't professional and on the verge of bullying. Seeing the older lady go from happy to quiet and subdued speaks volumes
A couple days ago I went in to purchase some cigarettes everyone was helpful some were more “excited” than others. A lovely man directed me to the counter after I walked past it unfortunately he happened to be pitching a tent.
Terrible for accessibility sign the gates they put in. All toilets closed so worse for accessibility. Also people without blue badges regularly park in disabled bays thinking it's okay on off peak hours which adds to making the store unacceptable to people with disabilities. New to the area and 2nd visit. Impossible to do a shop in the evenings due to the end of the isles being blocked. Fed back to the red haired male manager. He said "no one has ever complained before" and walked off. His arrogance and lack of any customer service means we will now drive further to Tesco instead from now on.
Staff are extremely rude. Every time I use the scanning machines I always have to get someone to a check on what I get. Never earn anything from the app or get anything not even worth having it on my phone. I hardly come to asda as it is unless I have to because of this but it feels like I'm been singled out as I get it every single time. I try to avoid this place as much as possible.
