Went to collect an order and the person who served me had 0 customer service skills, was chewing gum whilst serving me and even popped a bubble whilst I was being served by her. I have been served by her a few times now and her customer service skills have gotten worse each time. Gave me my order by putting it on the service desk and didn’t even say anything, just went onto the next customer. I shop regularly at this asda's, it has a big carpark with clothes recycling bin at the top end, cash machine, click & collect & nice little halal meat section. Staff here are mainly pleasant and helpful , on one occasion one of the ladies who worked there paid for my shopping as I had a issue with my card and didn't want the money back either 💗 Majority of the time shelves are well stocked and you can get mostly everything you need here. There's also a small stationary section/toys and home items.

Very bad customer service and workers are not helpful. Today I asked worker on self checkout plz print receipt, she was so rude and said you should sort out it. Our system is new I can’t do. Last week in customer service old lady was denied for exchanging by saying our system is new. You should return where you bought (small heath Asda). Another time worker argued and said you are not allowed on self check out with trolley as before I always used.
