Recieved very poor home delivery services. Staff unwilling to put food trays stacked in doorway for customers. Even refusing to stack them at my doorway. Young staff need training on how to be polite, considerate and what to do aswell as atm their just turning up at doors with food on trolly and leaving it their for you to step outside and collect whilst they go on their phones and leave you to it.
Dirty store, checkout staff are incredibly rude and confrontational, many times i have witnessed this one lady swearing and shouting at customers, it is absolutely disgusting. On top of this they are breaking the law, by having out of date food on shelves. this is so shameful.
Store has a large item selection but the tradeoff is that you feel absolutely miserable during your entire trip. Highlight was the lady with pink hair at the pizza counter who was very friendly / helpful, but her manager started getting on her case and making uncomfortably personal attacks, so I doubt they'll last long.
Absolute mess, I ordered a shop off of Uber eats from here and waited 2.5 hours and it kept updating the time and saying your order is being processed, so I actually took a drive down there myself (I'm injured) which is why I ordered in the first place. Anyway I get there and walk around the entire store, not one home shopper in sight! Not one! The lady at the kiosk was very kind and helpful to us. They take to much time to make order for deliveries guys I saw them they enjoying out side and not to do work properly we guys out side wait 20 to 30 min they wasting our time
