A lovely woman helped me with my flat tire today. I didn’t catch her name unfortunately. It was about 33 degrees outside and I was at the doctors and in a lot of pain when I noticed the flat, and I pulled into Asda to fill it up. This amazing woman kindly dropped everything she was doing to come out and help me to fill up my tire when I was struggling. Called as part of a mystery shopping campaign, didn’t answer the phone till I’d called 8 times, claimed they didn’t have dry dog food in stock, went there and they did, scored 0/10

There are quite a few filling stations which are strictly "Pay at till", otherwise fast and easy to use!
Was there today. Rudest staff ever. Clearly the don't want to be there so why are they working there? Awful staff members.
