I love you asda best one I have ever been too, funny friendly staff, must say very hygienic especially the toilets. My relative shopping here from many years now I go for shopping due to they are old age approx 100 pounds week shopping we are big family I do don't know about prime facilities one customer refer me for that wish Asda provide us prime. Don’t ever return things here, the automated return never works and the queue to return things at Customer Service takes along within 20 minutes every single time, this is my third attempt and I will never be using this again absolutely appalling service and grim Store
Placed an online click and collect order for pickup time 12 - 12.30 from Clapham Junction store. I arrived before 12.30 and was the only car waiting in the designated Click and Collect place in the car park. I ended up having to wait over 40mins for my order to be bought to me and this was following me contacting the Customer service from my mobile. Who knows what would have happened and how much longer it would have taken had I not made that call. Disgusting Customer service. 😡😡
I have not visited this supermarket in some time. It was a pleasant experience to return, and I found that several items, such as the large bio oil, were reasonably priced at under twenty pounds. This discovery brought me great satisfaction. Additionally, I was delighted to find toffee apples available for purchase; it has been years since I last enjoyed one, which made me feel quite nostalgic and reminiscent of my childhood.
