I have not visited this supermarket in some time. It was a pleasant experience to return, and I found that several items, such as the large bio oil, were reasonably priced at under twenty pounds. This discovery brought me great satisfaction. Additionally, I was delighted to find toffee apples available for purchase; it has been years since I last enjoyed one, which made me feel quite nostalgic and reminiscent of my childhood.
Asda (Clapham Junction) I have been shopping at this Asda for 28 years, but after my experience on the evening of 1st March 2025, I am truly disappointed. Been to the store for 10 days straight because they had olive oil reduced and not ONCE was there a single bottle in stock. Also got rid of the Supermalt ginger beer that I LOVED. Its a theme that items reduced or on offer are often out of stock at this place. What is the point of this store ?
Poor signage everywhere. Same products in exact same quantities/type marked for different prices throughout the store—very confusing. Staff are more bothered about making sure people don’t use the “basket” or “cart” shop entrances to the self checkouts improperly, even though they access the same area, and blocking people trying to get through with their shopping than actually assisting people who need it in any kind of orderly, efficient, organized fashion.
