They made a complete fool out of me… I received a parking fine in April because I overstayed by 10mins on top of 2 hours free parking. I just wanted to share a big thank you to Abdul at Asda for such an amazing experience today. It was my first time using the grocery collection service and I was completely confused, but Abdul was incredibly kind and patient. Today was positively the worst experience I have ever had in any store. The woman at the till was awful; she was slow, made mistakes (did not know what to do, did not take responsibility for her mistakes) made all of us wait excessively long and refused to call for assistance. The customer before was told to go to customer service to cancel two items as she did not know how to! The customer before that returned as he had been over charged by double scanning. I am afraid that ASDA has lost my custom and it is not due to their Products but a total lack of Staff. Everything in the past Months I shopped and was looking for a member of Staff because I couldn't find anyone, I got so frustrated that I just decided to give up and bearing in mind that Marks and Spencer as well as Waitrose are on my Doorstep plus Sainsbury's Nortcote Road, who needs more. Been coming here for years, most of the staff are polite and helpful, apart from one named inez, I don't like to complain about people but this member of staff's attitude leaves a lot to be desired!
