Been coming here for years, most of the staff are polite and helpful, apart from one named inez, I don't like to complain about people but this member of staff's attitude leaves a lot to be desired! Worse staff ever encounter.... name SHEIK from hand held check out. i was checking out and waiting to be checked by this rude man. Instead of checking my item first he checked the other customer item. I was explaining to him that arrived first than the other customer. Instead of to apologise he was talking to his indian or Pakistan language. And look at me weirdly... management must speak to this man and give proper training. I love you asda best one I have ever been too, funny friendly staff, must say very hygienic especially the toilets. My relative shopping here from many years now I go for shopping due to they are old age approx 100 pounds week shopping we are big family I do don't know about prime facilities one customer refer me for that wish Asda provide us prime.
