Very disappointing store. The customer service is poor, most of the checkouts are closed, and the staff are not helpful. The shop is dirty and badly maintained, with many items missing from the shelves. Definitely not a pleasant shopping experience."
As a visitor to Coventry from Scotland, I am very disappointed with the level of hygiene from staff members in this store. Not only was it a mess, it was absolutely stinking off BO. Almost like the staff members and even some locals there don't know what a bar of soap is. I'm glad this is a 1 off trip. 🫣
Good asda. Got most things so you dont need to go to the superstar and found the customer service at this store very good 😊
Recently I went to purchase cake but unfortunately I spotted a mosquito 🦟 on the cake and straight away i showed it to staff and they taken away and thrown into trash. But they didn't replace the cake I needed Luckily those cakes are out of stock 😕😔
Decent amount of parking, fairly clean and organised but for some reason it feels like it is more expensive than other asdas
