Recently I went to purchase cake but unfortunately I spotted a mosquito 🦟 on the cake and straight away i showed it to staff and they taken away and thrown into trash. But they didn't replace the cake I needed Luckily those cakes are out of stock 😕😔
I deliver magazines locally and twice the very kind, female manager has let me use their toilet (I did buy something, both times and I do shop in there too). So thank you, good PR
Got some cheese, it turned out to be moldy. Ruined my breakfast. Brought it back, they refused to refund it because I had nO rEcEiPt. It says “by ASDA” on the pack, come on! Showing my banking app with the transaction didn’t help because “wE nEeD a ReCeIpT”. Sure way to loose a customer for 2 quid 👍
Asda is decent by itself however very limited in terms items that are stocked, also the car park at quieter hours can be full of anti-social elements.
I went with my boyfriend a couple weeks ago one evening to do a quick shop. I bought some vegan cupcakes and when we got back, I noticed both packs were out of date from the 24th October ( we went shopping the second week into November!). I went back a week later (as I was ill) and explained this at the customer service desk, when the member of staff didn’t even seem phased by it.
