I wouldn’t even give this place a star if I didn’t have too, was employed by them and got suspended for something that wasn’t even my fault, to rub it in even worse and I quote even on there legislation that all employees who are suspended will be on full pay until that investigation comes to an end, well they decided not to even pay me, to which I’m taking them to court!. Awful place to work for awful management and team leaders, stay well clear of this place even to shop.
On the bigger sides of asdas, there are so many options as expected, although it was quite busy and a lot of things were overpriced. It has a large bakery and was well staffed. Overall would recommend!
Giant store with a great selection of everything you could wish for. It even has a mcdonalds in it.
Have shopped at asda spondon for many years not anymore Rotten vegetables,salad,fruit and even mouldy bread.Don't care about there disabled customers in or outside the store not very clean.Parking for disabled is a free for all for everyone without a blue badge to park in and dangerous for disabled as some drivers think they can even enter disabled parking on NO ENTRY SIGNS PUTTING DISABLED PEOPLE AT RISK and when you tell the security staff they are not interested to busy putting pride flags out disgusting and they wonder ... read more
Large superstore with a great range of items. Shopping does take a while though due to the sheer size of the store. The pharmacy, opticians, travel agent and McDonalds are useful bonuses.
