Whilst me and my mam were shopping she unfortunately took ill. Liam the grocery lead was brilliant and very helpful, went and got a chair from the restaurant and then a wheelchair for me to use to take her to the car. He was very attentive asking if we needed a first aider . Great asset to Asda! Thank you Liam 😀

We used to shop regularly at Asda Gosforth when we lived a bit closer and the kids were at local schools so this was the first time we’d been in quite a while since moving. The whole store has really gone downhill. Outside areas are poorly maintained and litter strewn. Inside is drab and the state of the aisles and shelves quite shocking. Great shop, nice and clean. Easy to navigate and get around due to large aisles. Fresh produce staff were really helpful, especially Debra...couldn't of helped me more finding things i couldnt see. Really appreciated it.

Very large store but a bit unkempt and disorganised. Aisles full of staff doing stock check or orders for delivery but for some reason they don’t have the training to not block the entire aisle. Check out staff very rude.

Went for lunch as forgot to prep some for today. Already anticipating a poor quality meal as they usually only have 1 vegan option and is never good. Today not even that, left empty handed, no lunch today
