Staff unhelpful. I asked for help stuck his nose up. I have a hidden disability. So you staff need training in customer service skills and management sacked. Bec the staff are rubbish...
Hi everyone i am uber delivery driver and the staff are very friendly and polite definitely recommend this one 😀
Nice staff and usually most items you need can be found
Tried to return a package- had multiple members of staff ignore me, speak to each other about me, mumble instead of looking at me as there was some sort of issue with their scammer. After flagging down another member of staff there was no apology or acknowledgment of keeping me waiting.
Asda online grocery shopping is just appalling this is the third week in a row we have had baskets of food missing from our delivery and trying get it resolved by customer services is a joke. They just refund ( well refund most ofcthe missing items) and leave you without your shopping. If you are looking forr online grocery shopping, I recommend you go to one of the others.
