Today, Saturday, July 18th, at 4:00 PM, I arrived at Ada Express . I was attended by 2 men. Never in my life have I been treated with such disrespect. These guys shouldn't be working in front of the public. They didn't know how to use the machine to make returns and they offered me absolutely no help. The guy with glasses even spoke to me without looking at me. Horrible workers.

Expect long waiting. Staff doesn’t seem to be bothered by long queues as most of the time they have only one till operational despite of extra ground staff inside the shop. Poor experience for a number of times now! Going through the reviews can’t help but notice that this was also the case about a year ago and a reply from the admin team (a year ago) with plans to amend in reply to similar concern down below but sadly nothing seems to have changed!

Honestly just rubbish, weird pricing, more expensive than coop was, food in strange places on the aisles, completely full of just crap overpriced food, always a long queue. Only good things are the security guard who’s nice and the staff who are quite friendly. Hopefully it doesn’t last too long as Asda. Stinks of B.O in there too.

Completely agree with the above reviews - bring back the Co op indeed! The store used to be so well run and managed and the lovely staff in there were always brilliant. Now no one replaces the baskets by the front door, the shelves are half empty and what’s there isn’t very good. The same staff are now rapidly fewer and look pretty downbeat - and the new staff look miserable and not on the ball. Been using this shop for years. Staff always very nice. Although the manager shouted at me in car park once. At first I was hoping when Asda took over, prices would be cheaper . But it’s the opposite prices have increased vastly . I was shocked to find my cigarettes had gone up nearly £3 since The take over. Whilst other local shops have held prices down.
