Brought a leg joint of pork didn’t realise till I got home that the pork was a day out of date! Thank god I realised before we ate it, it could have killed us, spoke with customer service? Not interested! Spoke with the store directly, they wasn’t interested all they could say was bring it back we will refund you? What? There was other pork there that could have been brought cooked and eaten!
nice supermarket but i don't like the layout. if you want a meal deal it's structured so you have to use the kiosk but lots of people use it so it can have a short wait. but otherwise a nice supermarket
Get your pricing right!!! Saw a cabin suitcase in the sale for £13.98 on the Asda website. Nothing was available for delivery or click and collect, but you could check the local store and pick up from there. It showed the local store had stock, but the suitcase wasn’t £ 13.98 there. It was the full price at £27.97! The staff couldn’t do anything about it, even after showing them that their own website is asking customers to do this. Waited a really long time for my parcel when collecting, when I was given parcel the woman gave me dirty looks and said nothing. I brought a drink and was polite to the cashier lady but she completely blanked me . Rude to certain people
Went to asda opticians today to look at some glasses with my hubby. The 2 sales assistants were fabulous. So helpful & kind/informative. Didn't get their names, unfortunately, but such lovely people.
