Shocking service from a colleague! Went to buy my daughters birthday banners and candles etc and then get ID for a candle! Apparently I look under 16 when I'm almost 30 yeah okay love.. But it's okay to buy batteries makes no sense whatsoever.. I get they have to ID people but it's not okay to buy a candle but it is okay to buy batteries just makes no sense. The colleague was extremely rude about it also.

This place has really gone down hill. I took my mum shopping, she’s in a wheelchair. Asked for a wheelchair trolly and was told have not got any, they’re all broken. The two Staff were not bothered to help. Had to push a trolley and push my mum in a wheelchair, it was not very easy. Got to self checkout with my scanner, there were SIX STAFF standing around laughing with each other and not one staff came to ask if I needed any help. ASDA Leicester – Unfair Treatment by George’s Manager! I recently had a terrible experience at the ASDA store in Leicester when I tried to return a product from George with a valid receipt. The George manager falsely claimed that the item was not from George, even though I had proof of purchase. I have been a loyal customer of ASDA for many years, appreciating the store's atmosphere and the courteous staff, which has encouraged me to make most of my purchases there. However, I had a very disappointing experience at the ASDA Fosse Park location on February 11, 2025, after 10 PM. The security staff unjustly suspected me and sent someone to inspect our bags. I went on 22/4/2021 ~ The store is clean, provides hand sanitizers, clean station to clean trolleys. Store is not busy today, 95% customers wore face masks, disappointed to see some asda staff not wearing masks correctly!!!!! Had a massive complaint back in June 2020, as most staff didn’t wear masks, no one way system, no social distancing, cleaning station was dirty & most cleaning spray were empty!
