Confusing car park layout but very good store in general, lots of good product selection, very large range, clean and comfortable. A little confusing layout inside though like milk is on its own and then milkshake is on its own too, away from all the dairy. Layout could do a rework.

I regularly travel a great distance to Fosse Park to visit a family member and each time I visit I buy items from ASDA on their behalf. There have been occasions where I have needed to return clothing, with tags and receipts, if they are the wrong size etc. It is rare this happens but I have found customer service staff on the whole considerate and professional. This place has really gone down hill. I took my mum shopping, she’s in a wheelchair. Asked for a wheelchair trolly and was told have not got any, they’re all broken. The two Staff were not bothered to help. Had to push a trolley and push my mum in a wheelchair, it was not very easy. Got to self checkout with my scanner, there were SIX STAFF standing around laughing with each other and not one staff came to ask if I needed any help. I bought an air fryer here. My experience was good. There was enough parking; the customer assistants were quite friendly. However, there was a mixup regarding the price of the item, and that delayed me for a bit. Overall, it was a good experience.

Won’t be coming back again. Haven’t been to this store in years. Thought I would get a few bits with my wife when we came to Fosse park. My wife very politely asked an older lady working where they bake the bread if they had any burger rolls. Her tone was rude and abrupt with a finger waggle over there. Given two stars as she could be having a bad day but still.
