Poor experience! Wanted to return a parcel all processed online. I asked where to do this and an employee directed me to customer service. Where i was met with another customer who told me they were told an hour wait to collect their parcel. I asked the employee working on self service to support as we had been waiting over 15minutes. The worker radioed for help. 10minutes later after helping clearing every basket in site the person who asked for help on the radio then processed both of our orders. Just shocking. Rude staff, no service. OK for nipping in and out on a basket shop but not set up at all for anyone doing a large weekly shop. Prices seem high and many things out of stock. won't be shopping here again.
I am very pleasantly impressed of the customer service shown at this store. The whole store was organised and clean. I would like to say a massive thank-you to G.Khan as displayed on his name badge, who was very polite, respectful and helpful member of the store.
Lots of item , good price. Cash machine inside it’s an extra facility for us. Friendly staff. More than enough self service scan and pay point, what is saving your time. Medicine, skin care stuff, washing powder, vegetables, frozen stuff many more items. Always pleasure to shopping here.
they don’t refund our item. first they said you have to wait for Security to come and he will come at afternoon . another day we went to check but they said i have to wait 2 hour, if i want to check the camera that the maggi nodlnodlees single pack took 2.50pound and we took 5 of them. They don’t care about customer service. Also the stuff are so rude. However the price in here is so high rather then any shop nearby. it will be my last time to shop in ASDA.
