I visited Asda Little Horton both yesterday and today, drawn in by a special offer on my favorite wine. I purchased two bottles each day, but upon reviewing my receipt, I noticed I had been charged £10.97 per bottle, despite the price label in the wine section stating £6.97. It turned out that the price labels for two Trivento wines—different vintages—had been mistakenly swapped. An honest mix-up. Poor experience! Wanted to return a parcel all processed online. I asked where to do this and an employee directed me to customer service. Where i was met with another customer who told me they were told an hour wait to collect their parcel. I asked the employee working on self service to support as we had been waiting over 15minutes. The worker radioed for help. 10minutes later after helping clearing every basket in site the person who asked for help on the radio then processed both of our orders. I am very pleasantly impressed of the customer service shown at this store. The whole store was organised and clean. I would like to say a massive thank-you to G.Khan as displayed on his name badge, who was very polite, respectful and helpful member of the store.
Lots of item , good price. Cash machine inside it’s an extra facility for us. Friendly staff. More than enough self service scan and pay point, what is saving your time. Medicine, skin care stuff, washing powder, vegetables, frozen stuff many more items. Always pleasure to shopping here.
WORST service, I’m expecting and I’ve walked so fast to get to the market before it closed down for an order collection. Store closes at 5 but I reached there 11 minutes before and they did not help me with the collection instead told me to come back tomorrow when the store actually told me on call that I could come in before 5 o clock to collect it. Shame
