I do not what has happened, to this Asda local branch. There are hardly any small trolleys, nor any big trolleys for shoppers to shop. Secondly when you do manage to find a trolley, your pound coin gets stuck and you need help from the staff. Thirdly twice I have been over charged for Lynx deodorants. On both occasions the staff did not apologise to me, nor did they have any shame or remorse. I am surprised no one, sees this and why they do not complain to the manager in charge. I visited Asda Little Horton both yesterday and today, drawn in by a special offer on my favorite wine. I purchased two bottles each day, but upon reviewing my receipt, I noticed I had been charged £10.97 per bottle, despite the price label in the wine section stating £6.97. It turned out that the price labels for two Trivento wines—different vintages—had been mistakenly swapped. An honest mix-up. Lots of item , good price. Cash machine inside it’s an extra facility for us. Friendly staff. More than enough self service scan and pay point, what is saving your time. Medicine, skin care stuff, washing powder, vegetables, frozen stuff many more items. Always pleasure to shopping here.
WORST service, I’m expecting and I’ve walked so fast to get to the market before it closed down for an order collection. Store closes at 5 but I reached there 11 minutes before and they did not help me with the collection instead told me to come back tomorrow when the store actually told me on call that I could come in before 5 o clock to collect it. Shame
Just shocking. Rude staff, no service. OK for nipping in and out on a basket shop but not set up at all for anyone doing a large weekly shop. Prices seem high and many things out of stock. won't be shopping here again.
