Refit and brand change but gone backwards. No human tills anymore and only self scan. Should get a discount for scanning myself. Out of the 6 self checkouts only 2 take cash. Appalling service. Much better mens section now but only 3 changing cubicles for the whole store, again a step backwards. Won't go again. Place set up for maximum profits and stuff customer experience. Would give it zero stars if I could.

Great new store layout. Good selection of homeware, clothes, baby section, toys and books. Really good party/events section too.

Good store. The only downside to it is the waiting time on the till. Staff are too chitty chatty on the till and the waiting line grows quick. It is one thing to be friendly and have conversation, it is another thing to over do it.

I use to like coming here, but they are in the middle of a refurbishment where they are closing all the tills upstairs in the kids department, and are going to install self checkouts. I honesty will be thinking twice before coming here again.

I recently visited Asda Home and was absolutely blown away by the incredible service I received from one of your employees, a girl with blonde and black hair (I believe her name was Rahila). I was having trouble finding the right bedding set for my guest room, and she went above and beyond to help me.
