I’m a regular customer at this garage and have generally had positive experiences—the majority of the staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. However, during my recent visit in the evening, I was disappointed by the behavior of one staff member. Had an issue with the car on the forecourt today, nozzle stuck in tank was there hours! Staff were amazing, tried helping fed and watered my toddler was extremely patient considering the inconvenience this would have caused them.
An all night garage that shuts for more than 40 minutes for a staff break. Not very good for someone who suffers from insomnia and has run out of milk. There was another customer let down in the very short time it took me to get from my car to check the opening times. How much money are ASDA losing every night?
