Strange store. In many ways great, easy access, large, caters for most aspects including home goods - along with a good food range. The bakery is totally naff, not a notch on the likes of Morrisons or Sainsburys. Fresh bread is trully awful, it needs a complete overhaul. Fair enough the baguettes maybe ok but the loaves are long life type breads, that weird texture, almost rubbery and hard - better just getting the normal Warbatons fare.

Great Store. The Store Manager is Brilliant, always helpful and has time for a quick chat. Security staff during the week are always friendly.

I recently had a one of the worst customer experiences at this store. My partner and I recently purchased a blender on 10/10/25, and it broke less than two weeks later 22/10/25. When we went to the customer service desk to exchange it, we were “greeted” by a colleague named Danielle, who was rude from the start. There was no hello or offer of an apology or help, just a blunt “right, what do you want? Did an express order and many items went on it when clearly these items would have been in store. Then 30mins after my delivery should have been I got confirmation email to say it was coming them cancelled no email to confirm my refund even though I’ve been charged ? Awful service and no communication

Utterly useless. Stood waiting for them to sort my silly self service till out, whilst the fella supposed to be helping people is messing about. I left my goods on the till, and simply walked out. Useless
