Love the selection of bras and underwear and cater for all shapes and sizes and some really good choices. The lack of changong rooms meant I ended up changing on the toilet which was very frustrating and inconvenient as I have started the perimenopause and my bra size had changed so I needed to try on for size. This needs to be sorted out as soon as possible

My wife has just had occasion to use the ladies toilet at the Leypark Asda Store in Plymouth. Vandalised and no paper. Clearly no one monitors the state of these facilities. Unable to find anyone to discuss this matter with in store and trying to 'phone them from home proved fruitless.

I so wanted to rate this higher, as prices, range of goods, staff etc were brilliant. But only 1 staffed checkout with a second finally opening, was pathetic. Not everyone wants automated self service tills, my family and i, when doing a weekly shop, want interaction with staff. Come on Asda, open more human checkouts.

The way the tills are now all moving over to self-service and not enough of them or staff assisting who ever thought it a good idea needs to shop in store themselves. By the way I wrote this post while I was waiting in the queue to be served. A lot of shoppers are not happy.

I’d like to say a special thank you to Steve the security guy working the morning of the 3rd of February 2025. I rang the store in advance and the only person answering was for lost property. I got through to Steve and he very kindly put products back that I wanted making my trip worthwhile. He went above & beyond. A very good staff member.
