The worst Asda in the world. The shelves are never stocked. The fresh food is out of date or going that day. The staff are rude and lazy. I t doesn’t matter if the queue is the length of the shop. They will not open a till or watch the self checkout. If you need a member of staff they all run away.
Just bought 8 cans of Guinness advertised for £9.97. charged at the till £12-50. I will be investigating the legality of this. It's not about the money it's the principal. I wonder how many more customers will be misled today. Sort yourselves out Asda!!
Good place to shop. The only issue is at least one of their self-checkout scale needs resetting as it starts from 0.02kg instead of 0kg. It adds 0.02kg to whatever weighted items you buy. For example, loose bananas.
Not great, completely overrun with shoplifters so staff are always on edge. Needs better security. 70% of staff are alright - some are nicer than others
They never update their prices - numerous times I've been in and the price on the shelf is showing a cheaper price and when scanned is still the original 'non offer' price. I think head office need to keep an eye on this place as it's nowhere near the standard of what an Asda supermarket should be.
