Very bad experience at Asda customer service. I came for an Amazon drop-off and Imran told me the machine wasn’t working. Another staff member said it was working — he just didn’t want to help me. I felt lied to and disrespected. Terrible service. Avoid this store, especially this staff member. “ IMRAN”

I visited Asda recently and had a generally positive shopping experience. The store was well-stocked with a wide range of groceries, household items, and clothing. Prices were competitive, and I found some good deals and discounts. The layout made it easy to find what I needed, though some aisles were a bit crowded. Staff were helpful when approached, and the self-checkout area was convenient. Overall, a solid option for one-stop shopping with good value for money.

I have been in store Tuesday afternoon and spoken to the store manager about a trolley left abandoned on Hollyfaste Road, still waiting for this trolley to be picked up.

EverytimeI collect a parcel...always an issue...staff are reluctant to help. Instead o being reactive..give excuses and assign blame to others and euipment. I have worked in retail I know each day is different but this is ridiculous. Asda head office need to take action!!!!!!!

Ordered on deliveroo multiple time and order was a cancelled multiple times as it wasn’t confirmed honestly horrible service
